We were recently named the first ever Which? Customer Service Brand of the Year at the 2024 Which? Awards, not just in our own industry, but across the whole of the UK! In fact, Which? summed it up best in their nomination announcement when they said: “Get shortlisted by demonstrating time and again that you really do put customers first with the superb service you offer them”.
And this prestigious award recognises just that: our commitment to providing our customers with exceptional service, technical support, and value for money.
Hot on the heels of our recently announced fourth consecutive year as the ONLY Which? Recommended Provider for Broadband, this award reflects the values that we live every day, our most fundamental long-term objectives of Happy Staff, Happy Customers, Happy Suppliers.

Topping the Which? table for Value for Money, Connection Speed, Customer Service, and Technical Support back in March was testament to the dedication of our teams, our people, and of course the wonderful support of our customers.
And while we might take some time to enjoy this most recent accolade, we know that recognition like this isn’t easily won. Which is why we’ll be rolling our sleeves up to make the next 12 months even better for our customers.
