An Announcement On Shipping & Sanitation During COVID-19

Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the delivery process of your package will be slower than originally estimated at the time of your order. This is because 90% of the flights, both domestic and international, are restricted. Another important reason for this delay is all items will go through the inspection and disinfection process in each warehouse to ensure the safety of your package during this time. 

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please rest assured because we are doing our utmost to ensure as little as a delay as possible to you.

  1. How do you ship packages?

    Packages shipped from our Australia warehouse are shipped through Australia Post, with tracking information provided where possible. If the stock or item is either out of stock or unable to be sent out from our local warehouse, the item may be shipped from our warehouse in Asia via ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Majority of the ePacket or EMS shipping methods include tracking but may have slight delays due to extra customs and routes to come through. 

  2. Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes. We provide free shipping to 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship. If you are unsure if our products can be shipped to your country, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering.

  3. How long will it take to ship my order? 

    All orders generally take 2-3 business days for processing. Once your order ships, shipping within the Australia takes approximately 5 -14 business days via standard shipping option.

    If the item was out of stock in our AU warehouse, the item may be shipped directly from our supplier in Asia which may take up to 28 business days. 

    Outside the Australasia-Pacific area, shipping time may vary between 20-40 business days. The below table is only indicative of current delays we are experiencing due to multiple factors.

  4. Where is my tracking number? 

    If available, tracking number will be included in the dispatch email. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking number to update. 

  5. What about customs?

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

  6. What is your return & exchange policy?

    We offer a 30 day money back guarantee*  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at studiozenstore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery of your item and we will gladly walk you through returning your order to us for a refund. Please note, we do not offer free return shipping and this is a cost you will incur if you choose to return your item to us for a refund.
